Finance and Investment Research Sub-committee – Deputy Chair and members

We’re seeking to appoint experienced, proactive and innovative volunteers to join the Finance and Investment Research Sub-committee of the Finance and Investment Board.  The sub-committee contributes to shaping the finance and investment community, driving research forward and working with other research sub-committees to identify and facilitate cross-practice research.

The sub-committee oversees around six working parties, and several cross-practice working parties, undertaking research in areas of relevance for actuarial practitioners and in the public interest.

Time commitment

The time commitment can vary but is an average of three hours per month. This includes attendance at quarterly meetings, attending to actions between meetings, and fulfilling shadow responsibilities.
