The thirteenth edition in our ‘think’ series has been authored by the founder and co-chair of the IFoA’s GenAI Working Party, Daniel Ramsay. Daniel is an Associate Director in WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology division, where he works in research and development. In addition, he is a member of the International Actuarial Association AI Taskforce and represents the IFoA at the Actuarial Association of Europe’s Data Science and AI Working Group.

Read the full piece to learn more about how the AMO can serve as the foundation for an insurance operating system where intent can be expressed in plain language, execution is delegated to trusted agents, and every action is traceable and auditable.
Don’t miss the chance to join author Daniel Ramsay on 29 September, 12:30 to 13:00 (BST), for an engaging Q&A session on IFoA communities. He will delve deeper into the report and answer your questions.
