The ÐßÐßÊÓƵ (IFoA) has successfully delivered another impactful round of its Data Driven Futures programme, in partnership with the , following the programme’s launch last year.
Building on its initial success in London, the programme expanded to Edinburgh, offering 25 young people who may face barriers to employment the opportunity to gain paid work experience and mentoring within the actuarial profession. This expansion marks a significant step in the IFoA’s ongoing commitment to fostering a more inclusive and accessible profession.
The programme connects students with experienced professionals, providing real-world insights into actuarial careers and helping participants build valuable skills and confidence. The IFoA extends its sincere thanks to the members, volunteers, IFoA colleagues, and actuarial employers who generously contributed their time and expertise to make this initiative possible.
As the IFoA continues to champion diversity and inclusion, it is actively exploring ways to build on the success of the Data Driven Futures programme and expand its reach even further in the coming years.
