The IFoA is sponsoring two young actuaries to attend this year鈥檚 Young Actuaries Initiative (YAI) seminar on the theme 鈥楨mpowering Tomorrow: Young Actuaries Leadership and Career Development Seminar 2025鈥�.
This will take place in the Munich Re offices, Munich, 27 to 28 November 2025.

This YAI seminar represents a unique and exciting opportunity for young actuaries to gain valuable international insights, develop essential leadership skills, network with peers, and actively contribute to building tomorrow鈥檚 European actuarial community.
