Annual report 2024-25: advancing the profession together

Our 2024-2025 annual report shares key achievements and progress in advancing the IFoA and the actuarial profession.

You can read about the launch of the Chartered Actuary (CAct) designation 鈥 recognising professional excellence and reflecting our Royal Charter heritage. We鈥檝e expanded our events programme and deepened engagement with boards and working parties 鈥 creating more opportunities for members to connect and collaborate.

Our policy and thought leadership work has addressed major issues like climate change, pensions, and AI, while our enhanced learning resources support members at every stage of their careers. We also continued to strengthen our regulatory support, helping protect the value of the qualification.

The work of the IFoA Foundation continues to improve access to the profession, and we have advanced our focus on diversity, inclusion, mentoring, and partnerships. We have also evolved The Actuary to better serve members through a refreshed magazine plus new digital content and channels.

We hope you enjoy exploring the ways we鈥檝e worked to advance the profession together.
